Somos latitud 43 º. La razón de nuestro quehacer late de nuestro Entorno. Se basa en las Gentes que aquilatan la sabiduría y el conocimiento del mismo. Respetando la trazabilidad, siendo sostenibles con el medio. Estamos comprometidos con la calidad. Procurando resolver nuestras propuestas con la mínima intervención y máxima desnudez. Minimalismo extremo. «SABER HACER».

WE DISEMBARK IN OTHER LATITUDES

As Juan Sebastián de Elcano did, we have landed our grills in other latitudes: in Cataria (Sancti Petri) and in Guethary (Palma de Mallorca). As we do in the mother house in Getaria, in each of these latitudes, we work to show their terroir in its nakedness, reflecting in our proposal their respective culinary landscapes: the native species and the work of the fishermen.
