LANDING IN OTHER LATITUDES

Just as Juan Sebastián de Elcano did, we have brought our grills to another latitude: to Cataria (Sancti Petri). As we do at our original restaurant in Getaria, we strive to showcase the terroir in its purest form, reflecting its culinary landscapes in our menu: the native species and the work of the fishermen.
